This Nidec/TradePro Universal ECM motor is practically brand new. The service repair company ordered it and installed it in our old HVAC unit, and then it was determined that we needed an entire new HVAC unit later that day. The HVAC repair company said we could not get a refund or return the motor because it had already been installed. It has hardly been used except for on the one day of installation.
