Uses the industry standard Belimo LMB24-3-T electronic commercial motor to replace old and broken Honeywell MSTN and EWC MAN 8 terminal motors. This Belimo motor carries a 5 year factory warranty, and its brushless design means it will far outlast the factory OEM motor, at less cost! *Kit mounts in minutes with included hardware, and offers a clutch for manual operation. *Motor features infinite set point adjustments to allow minimum bypass air, a valuable feature not possible with the old motor. *Brushless, electronic design and 5 year factory warranty insure many years of trouble free service. *Comes with self tapping screws and full instructions, mounts in minutes. *Belimo motor may be reused on our state of the art damper bodies, in case your old damper malfunctions. •Operates on same 24vac damper wiring as old motor.
