This is our go-to replacement motor for replacing Honeywell when a third conductor is possible. Better than the Honeywell motors because there is no spring that can degrade due to condensation and fatigue. It also won't get hung up on insulation trying to open which is a common issue with the honeywell motors. Includes the upgraded stainless steel bracket that wont rust, Belimo charges $15 for it. Also includes the required aluminum shaft extender for Honeywell style dampers. I do not recommend using the 45 lb Belimo motor on residential dampers because they open very slow due to gearing.
