New, never used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is heavy exterior wear from storage, including scratches and scuffs. Additionally, the rear fan cover is CRACKED in several spot, including over one of the bolt holes. We had to remove the fan guard to test the motor. Furthermore, there is heavy DENTING to the vent flap, causing them not to seal fully when closed. Tested in perfect working condition. Fan is still balanced, unit ran smoothly and quietly.
