The Synchron (actuator?). is 24 VAC 60 HZ and was made in the USA. If you feel it’s worth the gamble it might be a pretty good deal for you. My first thought was this had been used (because of the scratches on the label) but when I took the cover off I noticed the two wires appeared unused.
